Fellow in Nutrition at IDS
The successful candidate will join a growing number of Fellows working at the interface of poverty, politics and nutrition. The position will be largely funded by two 6 year research programmes on nutrition and development. The Fellow will work closely with a more Senior Fellow to deliver a series of research projects focused on defining and supporting enabling environments for undernutrition reduction in the developing world.
The postholder will be expected to have a doctoral level qualification in Economics, Public Health, Human Nutrition, Development Studies, Political Science or a related discipline (an outstanding research career and practical experience may be taken as equivalent to a doctoral qualification).
We are looking for someone with training in quantitative skills and a strong interest in nutrition or health, but otherwise welcome applications from a range of disciplinary backgrounds.
Best wishes, Lawrence
