Grants Development Specialist ChildFund Philippines
The position is responsible for mapping out and executing strategies to expand and diversify the ChildFund Philippines’ funding base and grants portfolio by: strengthening relationships with existing funding sources; building new partnership with private and public donor institutions. The successful candidate for this post will be responsible for identifying program specific opportunities that can be developed into high quality funding applications.
• Preferably, a Filipino National
• Degree in international development or other field, advanced degree preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in grants acquisition and negotiation with USAID and other funding institutions with a proven winning track record;
• Extensive knowledge of the donor environment in the Philippines and Asia, the rules and regulations for cooperative agreements and contracting environments; and
• Demonstrated technical expertise in early childhood development, basic education, child & youth participation, DRRM, or other areas relevant to the work of ChildFund.
