IT Advisory - Enterprise Architecture

We are looking for talented and ambitious Enterprise Architects with experience of addressing organisation wide challenges. Working with blue chip clients at board level, you’ll identify, develop and deliver architecture strategies that realise significant sustainable business value from IT. You will also be involved in the delivery of programmes against a predefined enterprise architecture, acting as a design authority and architecture lead. The scope of the roles will cover:
• Developing strategic client relationships, working at the most senior levels on high profile work to tight timescales
• Helping senior client management find new business value through transformed IT systems.
• Working across Business Architecture, Information Architecture and Technical Architecture
• Helping clients understand how IT can integrate and enhance corporate value
• Design and delivery of large scale, complex, transformation programmes
• Leading mixed PA Consulting and client teams; planning, managing and delivering work
• Sales and business development
• Contribution to PA Thought leadership

Job Requirements

You should have a demonstrable track record of success with demonstrable experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or Data Architect. Your experience may have been gained in either a professional services firm or blue chip organisation. You should also ideally have:

• The ability to shape, challenge and update enterprise architectures in some of the most complex organisations in the world
• Experience of the design and delivery of large scale, complex, transformation programmes
• Experience of managing and designing for the integration of processes, information and systems
• The ability to think at a strategic level and understand business strategy
• Experience of leading and managing others
• Experience of using structured methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF and MODAF
• Awareness of structured delivery methods and approaches such as RUP, CMM, PRINCE 2
• A strong grasp of emerging technologies and trends
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Initiative, energy and tenacity to ensure delivery is achieved

For the most senior appointments you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of enterprise architecture leadership in large complex and challenging environments.
