Senior Lecturer in Infrastructure Investment and Finance

The appointment will be full time on UCL Grade 9. The salary range will be £50,902 - £55,362 per annum. Salary will be dependent on skills and experience, inclusive of London Allowance.

UCL invites applications for a Senior Lecturer in Infrastructure Investment and Finance within the Bartlett School of Construction & Project Management.

The person appointed will carry out curriculum development and co-ordinate and carry out teaching, research and knowledge transfer, in the areas of Infrastructure Investment and Finance, and possibly also of Construction Economics.

Applicants must have a PhD either in economics/finance or in quantitative aspects of construction and project management.

Applicants must be able to develop and deliver challenging and innovative teaching and learning; should have an international research profile and be able to develop successful bids for funded research; and should be involved in knowledge transfer which impacts significantly upon practice.
