Due to significant growth in the Education sector UNIT4 is now looking for a Principal Consultant (specialising in Agresso Campus) to join this growing team. The role
The Principal Consultant (Agresso Campus) is responsible for the delivery of student-based solutions to meet the client's business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Agresso Campus Student Software
• Gain appreciation of other product families including CRM, Financials and HR
• Lead customer workshops in their system design
• Own requirements and business processes, translating these into a documented solution design
• Make recommendations relating to the process re-engineering needed within the customer's organisation to accommodate the successful implementation of Agresso Campus
• Act as Lead Consultant overseeing and co-ordinating the work of consultants in relation to the documented solution design
• Keep up to date with new functionality within the product
• Act as mentor to new consultants as required
• Make recommendations for additional services (utilising an understanding of UNIT4's product set and roadmap) and bespoke work if necessary, both within and outside the scope of the original Project
• Contribute to ongoing product development by identifying common customer requirements
• Participate in Sales bids encompassing solution scoping, bespoke specification, estimating, conference room pilots, RFI completion and sales presentations

Key Requirements:
Implementation experience with a Student Management system in a Higher Education environment. Specifically demonstrating an understanding of admissions, enrolments, fees, assessments, student support, graduation, alumni, research and statutory returns.

Product

• Knowledge of a Student Management System such as Agresso Campus, CampusIT Student, Oracle Campus, Sungard Banner or Tribal SITS
• Completion of a number of full life cycle implementations of student administration software (ideally at least one within a major research University).

Personal

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good inter-personal skills combined with ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Understanding of Project Management processes
• Excellent influencing & negotiating skills
• Able to travel frequently to UK HEIs and UNIT4 offices
