Warwick Business School (WBS) wishes to appoint a Professor of Governance to join its well established International Centre for Governance and Public Management. WBS is one of the foremost research-led business schools in Europe and it has ambitions to go even higher. Underpinned by the breadth, depth and quality of its research, WBS offers a wide range of business and management degrees from undergraduate through postgraduate and post-experience to its doctoral programme. It also offers a range of customised programmes.
The International Centre for Governance and Public Management already enjoys an outstanding reputation and we are now looking to enhance the group with a candidate who will contribute significantly to this area.
Your research interests will be in the following areas: corporate social responsibility, business ethics, critical governance, business and society.
You will have an outstanding track record of international quality research publication and have an established record of attracting research funding. A scholar of international standing, you will be able to play an academic leadership role, with a particular focus upon the development of doctoral and post-doctoral researchers, and early career faculty in a strong research and teaching orientated group, and within the School more generally. An ability and willingness to form research links across the Business School and across the University would be welcomed, as is the ability to forge international partnerships in cognate areas.
