Project Manager (EPSRC Low Carbon Vehicles Project and Power Electronics)

Full time (Requests to work on a part-time basis will be considered)
4 Year Fixed Term Contract

You will provide operational management and administration in support of the consortium for the ESPRC Low Carbon Vehicles project, ensuring that the consortium meets its objectives and effectively communicates its findings. This will entail all aspects of project management on a day-to-day basis, organising and administering meetings and events, liaising with consortium members and co-ordinating project work streams with other institutions. You will also provide management and high level administrative support for other projects led by Professor Phil Mawby.

With previous experience in a role involving project management responsibility, you will have a good understanding of planning, resourcing, budgeting and staff management, as well as experience in working with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with colleagues at all levels, as well as strong operational management, organisational and time management skills. A high level of proficiency in using office software packages and experience in web editing would be an advantage.
