Possessing an excellent track record in research and teaching in food science in the area of food microbiology, nutrition, food chemistry or food technology, you have led independent research projects and have a record of external funding and publication. Your application displays strong industry engagement and significant experience in the delivery of under graduate and post graduate courses.
