Change Lead-Chile/Peru SBM Project
Context/Scope: Latin  America & Caribbean (LAC) Region is one of the growth engines of  DIAGEO globally. The LAC business continues to focus on expanding  throughout the region, taking advantage of favorable macroeconomic  conditions and consumer trends. One of the key enablers to this ambition  is the deployment of Diageo’s Simple Business Model (SBM) – Diageo’s  Global Template. SBM consists of three elements: SAP, Global Processes  and Shared Services. This project will result in aligning each market to  the global Finance and IS Systems and Process Strategy via a mature  Diageo SBM and Shared Services Centre (SSC) offering. This is a major  Regional business process and transformational change program. SBM is  scheduled to be deployed in 9 markets in LAC. 
Purpose of Role:  The purpose of the Change team, with appropriate support and ownership  from the business, is to ensure the business is ready for the change.  Creates the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT  deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and  engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate  new processes or jobs into the "business as usual" environment.  Determines the readiness levels of business users with regard to  upcoming changes; uncovers readiness gaps and creates and implements  action plans to close the gaps prior to going live. 
Business Readiness activities include:
Assessing the magnitude of the changes, defining how to manage change to facilitate the transition to the new environment 
Executing  the change efforts needed to enable people to perform in the new  environment, such as training and performance support, communications,  and organization design.

Qualifications and Experience Required                                  
Degree  level, Change Management Methodology and Implementation, Communication  methodology and implementation, Organizational Design methodology and  implementation, HR processes. Diageo global processes and policies,  Fluent in English and Spanish, Execution excellence, Influencing skills,  Good understanding of business processes (including commercial impact),  Very strong Project and Program Management skills.
Excellent  written and communication skills, Keen understanding of culture and  structure of the market, Understanding of history of change and buy in  the market.
Experience                                                 
Implementation of large- scale change programs. 
Understands and has worked with project delivery methodologies.
Management of multiple / senior stakeholders.
In market or shared service line management experience desirable.
Implementation of SBM desirable.
