Programme Assistant (DFID Kenya and DFID Somalia)

A vacancy has arisen for a Programme Assistant based in our Nairobi Office. The jobholder will be a member of either DFID Kenya or DFID Somalia programme team. The postholder will work alongside both Kenya and Somalia Programme Teams (e.g. Accountability, Risk Management & Results and Humanitarian).

The vacancy is within the following Sector Programmes: Accountability, Risk Management & Results; Humanitarian; Wealth & Vulnerability, Climate Change, Governance &Security/Peace-Building; Education& Health and Community Development and Somalia Policy.

Programme officer (DFID Kenya and DFID Somalia)

A vacancy has arisen for a Programme Officer based in our Nairobi Office. The jobholder will be a member of either DFID Kenya or DFID Somalia programme team. The overall role of the job holder is to provide high quality assistance on administrative and technical aspects of project cycle management for the sector programme portfolio, which includes cover for the Senior Programme Officer (SPO)

The post holder will need to be a motivated and experienced development professional with a commitment to overcoming poverty, ready to oversee, support and manage a wide range of programmes.
