Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

  • N6 in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and/or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated field experience
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial team player
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills, with computer and spreadsheet proficiency.

Responsible for electrical, mechanical and toll systems-maintenance as well as the management of sub-contractors and technicians, the incumbent will invest in learning and development of all direct reports, review and update technical manuals, procure equipment spares and produce accurate technical reports. Further duties will include assisting with continual improvement of the toll collection system, managing subcontractors’ and subordinates’ performance and ensuring contractual compliance.

Short-listed candidates will be required to attend a panel interview. Pre-screening, security clearances and medical processes will form part of the process.
