Position Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

• Lead and develop SFW as well as oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of its events.
• Oversee the initiation and maintenance of relationship with key existing and potential clients of SFW as well as lead any business development initiatives.

KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead development and implementation SFW Events strategic milestones, business plan and targets.

Oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of events. Personally review event concepts and project plans for key events.

Oversee that service providers are delivering the required level of service for the Events.

Identify and initiate relationship with strategic potential clients to present them SFW Events capabilities.

Coach and mentor direct subordinates to develop their skills and ensure continuous people development.
