URC has an immediate need for a Data Entry Specialist for a USAID Primary Health Care Project in Iraq
Data Entry Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect and enter the data related to the PHC Centers into the database • Enter all the data information for all courses into PHCP online data base; • Collate & enter information for the USAID-TRAINET web; • Ensure data is entered into the database in a timely, accurate and efficient manner; • Responsible for delivering all the training data files and all other documents needed by the M&E Department; • Participate, with guidance, in the collection of all M&E data, such as post training survey data, ministry improvement data, outcome evaluation data, etc.; • Follow-up the data collection process with the PHC Services coordinators;
• Enter all the data information for all courses into PHCPI online data base; • Collate and enter information for the USAID-TRAINET web; • Ensure data is entered into the database in a timely, accurate and efficient manner; • Responsible for delivering all the training data files and all other documents needed by the M&E Department; • Responsible for the documentation in the M&E library and M&E shared drive of all the training data materials, signing sheets, registration sheets;
• Generate date reports from the training database as required by the PHCPI advisors; • Participate, with guidance, in the collection of all M&E data, such as baseline survey • Any other tasks assigned by the M&E Manager.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
• BA, BS in administration with training/experience in database management, statistics; • 1 year experience working with database, especially MS access based; • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and power point; • Previous experience with international agencies, especially USAlD projects; • English level 3 or above.
