Field Sales Representative

Job Purpose Statement

To achieve hot spot placing of our merchandising equipment in all existing and potential outlets.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop maximum distribution of our products at the retail end and merchandising in all outlets in assigned area of coverage.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and achievement of excellent market intelligence for the assigned territory.
  • Update POS material to attract consumers and make them aware of Wrigley’s products.
  • Achieving merchandising objectives i.e. display locations, enlargements and number of customer visits per day.
  • Create strong customer relationship.
  • Direct, guide, control and generally oversee the work of Retail Representatives (Up lifters) and any indirect personnel/employee placed under you.
Requirements
  • Degree in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • At least two years selling experience in the same role in the FMCG Industry.
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to deliver Consistent Results
  • Ability to create Collaborative Relationships
  • Attention to detail.
  • Clean & Valid Driving licence
Functional Area: Sales.
