Job Description:	Minimum Requirements:  National Diploma in Civil Engineering or National Diploma in Materials Three years of relevant experience preferably in concrete dam construction Must be proficient in MS Suite and  AutoCAD software will be an advantage   Inspectors will:   be delegated duties by their Assistant Resident Engineer and/or their Section Engineer to assist them in carrying out their duties for Inspection and Acceptance of the various types of work; be responsible for the inspection of Works in their areas of the works, to ensure that the quality of materials used, and the workmanship and methods of performance, are in accordance with the requirements of the Specification and good construction practice; provide an appropriate level of inspection to ensure that the design intent, Specifications, Drawings and general Contractual requirements are being met; inspect works as they are completed, prepare deficiency lists and monitor correction of deficiencies; maintain daily and shift records; and assist the Section Engineers with their duties.
