Ofgem Senior Policy Analyst, Licensing Policy


In this role, you will ensure that offshore transmission licences are maintained and developed consistent with policy and regulatory developments. You willmanage the process of licence grant (and associated processes) to Offshore Transmission Owners, pro-actively develop constructive relationships with offshore transmission policy teams and assist these teams by providing expert advice on industry codes and licences. In addition, you will develop constructive relationships with offshore transmission stakeholders, while building knowledge of codes and licensing process across the organisation and assisting in the development of policy and advice to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  • Ideally, some expertise in developing and applying regulatory policy in the energy sector.
  • Good inter-personal, communication and team working skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Graduate, or equivalent.
