The Technology Online Team is part of the Economics and Business Unit, which provides advice, stories and programmes to the whole of News.  Part of our role is to explain the world of technology to diverse audiences in the UK and internationally.  Our technology coverage is one of the most exciting and fast moving areas around the globe.

Role

This post is mainly aimed at producing online content, but you will also need to be able to make material suitable for the World News Channel. Across the unit as a whole we make content for all of News - from the main bulletins and sequences to specialist programmes – and you may be required to contribute to that. This is a very demanding, flexible and multi-skilled role which involves writing for online, as well as filming and producing. It may involve some on air reporting for both pre-recorded and live elements.

The Technology online team is a small and adaptable team where each member takes on the tasks needed on any particular day.
