Retail Manager

NFT Consult Ltd is a Human Resource Management firm offering a variety of services with emphasis in Recruitment, staff outsourcing, training and personal development. Our Client Rwanda National Lottery (RNL) is the sole operator of the national lottery in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit motivated and result oriented individual for the vacancy above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and monitor performance of the point of sales
• Develop retail network and achieving sales targets.
• Schedule, design , organize and monitor the daily plans and routes of sales team personal ;
• Recruit, train and monitor a Sales team to implement and drive strategies for continuous growth in revenue and productivity.
• Plan and monitor the routes and activity of Mobile lottery van;
• To research and identify potential sales locations in the region to maximize footprint and sales revenue.

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales with proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Independent, highly organized and sales driven with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Occasional upcountry travel is required.
• Holder of valid driving license (car and motorcycle).
• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.
