Dealer Executive

NFT Consult Ltd is a Human Resource Management firm offering a variety of services with emphasis in Recruitment, staff outsourcing, training and personal development. Our Client Rwanda National Lottery (RNL) is the sole operator of the national lottery in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit motivated and result oriented individual for the vacancy above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and perform settlement to all sales locations in Kigali
• Develop retail network and achieving sales targets.
• Perform product training and sales training to point of sales
• Identify and provide solution to problems raise by point of sales and customers
• Source and recruit new point of sales for selling company products. 

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales with proven track record.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure,  Independent, highly organized and sales driven.
• Experience with airtime pre-paid card dealers is a definite advantage.
• Holder of valid driving license (car and motorcycle).
• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.
• Honest and trustworthy
