Help us research, test and design for web, mobile, tablet applications, kiosk interfaces, and other platforms
Work closely with UI team, product managers and clients to understand business needs and craft UX solutions
Help us improve product accessibility (Design for All).
Organize observation/participation in field/usability studies.
Conduct laboratory and remote evaluations for web, mobile and kiosk.
Design and conduct various types of research activities, including early design concept testing, rapid iterative testing, eye-tracking, remote testing, surveys, site visits, benchmark studies, usability test, heuristic evaluation, etc.
Conducts usability tests, mental model research, non-directed and semi-structured user interviews, card sorting, and contextual inquiry user studies.
Tells stories of user need and user success based on data â both internally and externally. Designs compelling presentations of user research.
Translates user research into design recommendations, personas, task and workflow diagrams, and user experience journey maps.
Advocates and educates around the user â both health patients/consumers and clinicians who interact with patient education.
Report research findings to cross-functional audiences.
Engage and manage outside usability vendors for usability services (when staff or project augmentation is needed).
Promote usability within the department and throughout the company.
Conduct formal and informal heuristic evaluations at varying points in the project life-cycle.
Complete competitive app evaluations.
Proactively identify need for user research and usability studies.
Maintain and improve systems for archiving user research documentation.
