'Know Me' is an innovative customer service programme, using data analysis to enable us to have more meaningful interactions and conversations with our customers before, during and after their journey with us. Drawing together all the information sitting across BA’s different data warehouses ensuring that the insights gained are intelligently exploited to anticipate and meet our customers’ needs. One of the first successes of the team was the successful deployment of the iPad to cabin crews.
We are looking for a Campaign Delivery Executive to ensure we target the right customers with the right marketing communications based on analysis insight gained from our data analysis team.
About the day to day
- You’ll receive strategy from our expert Data Strategists, based on expert analysis of British Airways’ customer behaviour. You’ll then decide which audiences to target with using our Campaign Management System and target them with relevant email communications.
- Managing your own portfolio of work, you’ll build and implement campaign programmes, including trigger communications, you’ll enjoy operational ownership of agreed contact rules for the customer base.
- Working closely with data and creative experts, you’ll make sure all marketing materials are sent to the right audience.
- You will have operational ownership and execution of agreed contact rules for known customer base
- You will define SQL or SAS based segmentation rules for complex campaigns
- You will apply relevant campaign execution quality assurance processes
- Support in the development of campaign management capabilities and overall ownership of maintaining campaign history for the project
- Lastly you will interface with analysts to support in the development, build and implementation of pre, during and post campaign / communication programme analysis
About you
- Together with a numerate degree (or equivalent experience) you have proven technical skills in SQL, campaign management systems and, ideally, SAS
- Having experience in a campaign delivery role with multiple touch-points in a complex, data rich environment, you’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of campaign management, as well as data analysis techniques for CRM and marketing.
- You will recognise the value of quality assurance processes, and have experience of complex campaign design
- Highly organised and collaborative, you also have excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
