The skills you will need In this interesting and challenging role, you will monitor a series of IT applications and systems to ensure integrity of records and high standards are always maintained. You will need to be a self-starter with good communication skills and ability to engage with colleagues on record related issues. In addition to this, you will also provide best practice advice on creating/maintaining records and structured databases. Following training, you may also be involved in developing the skills of staff to help them exploit Knowledge and Information. For that to happen, you will need to be passionate about managing, organising and exploiting information. You will also need previous experience of working in Knowledge and Information teams and hold professional qualifications in Records Management.   Qualifications  Recognised qualification in Records and Information Management.
