Human Resources Business Partnership Manager (Equality and Diversity)

Starting salary: £42,055 rising annually to £45,941
This role will manage a business partnership relationship with a portfolio of faculties and directorates, supporting them to achieve their business objectives. You will advise senior managers across the University and lead a team of staff in delivering a high quality HR support service which supports the achievement of strategic goals for your portfolio area as well as the human resources directorate. This role will also make a significant contribution towards the human resources strategy of the university and development of policy in critical areas. 
You will additionally lead the diversity agenda for the university and provide professional EOD advice and guidance to the university’s senior management team and board of governors.
You will be a graduate CIPD member with significant post qualifying management experience. Team leadership experience is essential and you will have a proven ability to influence HR policy management decisions at a senior level. You will have an excellent well rounded knowledge and professional background as well as relevant project management and business planning experience. The successful candidate will be expected to be involved in a full range of operational employer relation duties
