Job Purpose |
The Modification Controller primarily responsible for managing, controlling and register of Airworthiness Directives issued by National Authority, FAA and EASA, modifications and admiration of the Modification Review Committee agenda and reports to ensure timely processing of related technical documentation and subcontractor issuance of cost reports.

Responsibilities |
- To Develop and Control and manage Mandatory and Non Mandatory modifications and Technical Documentation Data Base for all such documents applicable to Etihad Airways Fleet
- To conduct routine verification of Mandatory Continuing Airworthiness Information shall be conducted from the below websites: EASA, FAA and GCAA
- Interface with sub-contractors, and Component overhaulers & Pool Providers such as ADAT, Lufthansa SRT, Etihad Fleet Engineering and Planning on Modification Control Committee meetings arrangements and expedite the requirements of these committee meeting
- Monitor, Control and Maintain an up to date data base for the status of Etihad Airways OEM, Boeing and Airbus Retrofit programs per aircraft registration number and ATA Chapter and issue progress report
- Administer and maintain the minutes of the Airworthiness Directive Review Meeting such as to account for EASA and FAA Bi-Weekly reports
- Tracking of biweekly Engineering Request Changes, ECR in terms of cost and target compliance
- Issue modifications weekly cost report to cost control and Engineering

Requirements |
- Bachelor degree or higher diploma with minimum of 5 years direct job-related experience OR 10 years in aircraft Technical Records/Engineering in the field of Technical Commercial Aviation and/or, Airline Engineering is generally preferred.
- Strong technical and aircraft engineering background, skills in aircraft and technical related aircraft project management, especially experience in a multi-cultural working environment.
