Framework Contract Manager

Ernst & Young seeks an experienced professional with a proven track record in project management, particularly framework contract management related to projects funded by the European Commission. The position will be based in Brussels.

Role responsibilities:

►    Responsibility for day-to-day management of the framework contract and individual assignments

►    Contract and financial management related to smooth running of the framework contract

►    Preparation of proposals for individual assignments

►    Mobilisation of resources and expertise for the performance of individual assignments

►    Monitoring of services rendered and of the performance of the experts implementing individual assignments

►    Ensuring quality control of specific contract outputs

►    Main point of coordination for the framework contract between Consortium members, experts and the Client

Required skills and experience:

►    University degree in Economics, International/EU Affairs, Business Administration or equivalent

►    Minimum 5 years of project management experience for EU-funded projects

►    Minimum 5 years of experience in preparation of technical proposals for the European Commission

►    Fully conversant with the EU’s policy instruments and procurement rules related to development cooperation

►    Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of French will be considered an advantage

►    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

►    Proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders (client, consortium partners, experts)
