Job Purpose
You will be responsible to support the delivery an excellent airport guest experience which is aligned with the Etihad Airways corporate values
Responsibilities
You will responsible to: 
  • Constant liaison with and handling of Check-in, Transfer Desk and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers, Liaises with check-in, transfer desk and support Airport Services Supervisors in all areas.
  • Escort and direct Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk,Premium Lounges, Boarding Gates etc.
  • Coordinates handling of Company Materials/OCS and Records and assists Duty Officer to handle company material and records.
  • Liaison with G.H.A. for a quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers. handling.
  • Assist Passengers in regard to Entry Requirements, Visas, Residence Permits.
  • Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
Requirements
You should be minimum high school, preferably with 1 year with airline experience in customer services. 
You are required to have the following:
  • Good communication skills in English and other international languages as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Computer Skills.
