Project Manager Traceability

UTZ Certified Traceability Team provides IT solutions for field development, certification, traceability and the marketing  of sustainable products.

You are responsible for the product & service development / delivery to internal and external customers. You design, create and implement new services and products. You deliver consultancy & know-how to our (internal) customers. You guide the implementation of innovative solutions. You are technical enough to have in-depth discussion with our software development supplier; you are commercial enough to deal with large customers and to give inspiring presentations.

Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of business processes and IT enable you to rapidly gain expertise. Your creativity and solution-finding mind helps you to define pragmatic and innovative solutions.

You plan, organise and support the implementation for the internal and external organisations. You join the UTZ Certified business developments teams in external presentations. Your service oriented attitude and interpersonal skills smoothen effective communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management of implementation with internal and external stakeholders;
• Product development of sustainability IT solutions
• Market research, product and vendor evaluation
• Functional Management and translation of business requirements into functional designs
• (Pre)sales support
• Supplier management, SLA management
• Monitoring KPI’s and advising on action and scenarios

The Project Manager reports to the Traceability Manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial medium-sized organization
• Degree in Business or Computer Sciences or related
• Passion for ICT
• Experience with the organizational implementation of ERP and/or workflow systems
• Ability to translate business requirement into ICT solutions
• Fluency in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus
• Strong social skills and business mentality
• Excellent analytical skills, project management and organizational skills
• Independent and able to work in a very dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, committed to excellence
• Intercultural team player, international work experience

UTZ CERTIFIED provides a dynamic and international working environment with entrepreneurial drive and an innovative approach.

Employment is based upon 40 hours/week. This position implied irregular travel. We can only consider candidates who have a work & residency permit for the Netherlands/EU. Please note that we will check your references after the last interview.
