Have you recently been internationally deployed in a humanitarian aid role?

The University of Newcastle is looking for people to participate in a study looking at the uniqueness of distress in humanitarian aid work and how it influences reintegration post-mission both positively and negatively. The study will compare a measure of altruistic identity with other stress measures. The study will require about 10-15 minutes and will give you the opportunity to inform the researchers of your unique experiences. The aim is to continue the development of a questionnaire that assists aid organisations to protect and promote the wellbeing of their workers.
