FMS System Administrator

We are currently looking for a FMS System Administrator to be based at our offices near Trafalgar Square, London. This is a helpdesk role where you will be responsible for providing direct support to users around the world as well as logging and managing 3rd/4th level support calls with Unit4. You will also be responsible for undertaking specific system maintenance tasks and work closely with technical support to ensure that system availability and performance is maximised.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working with financial systems as well as an appreciation of the role of the helpdesk in resolving user issues. Qualified by experience or on the path to a finance qualification, you will be experienced in solving complex issues through analysis. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be have highly developed cultural awareness and be able to work well in an international environment.
