Human Resources and Administrative Specialist base in Bangkok


The Border Consortium (TBC) A non-profit organisation providing humanitarian assistance to displaced people, is urgently seeking:
Human Resources and Administrative Specialist Bangkok Lead the human resources, administration (and IT) departments and processes within the organization. Ensure service-orientation and a focus on support for programmes. Promote continuous quality improvement and establish a human resources development model throughout the organisation.
Position Requirements:
 Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration, a Postgraduate degree preferred.
 At least 5 years at a senior level within a large INGO in an international humanitarian context
 Strong leadership and coaching skills
 Able to develop human resources and administrative strategy, policy and procedures
 Able to interpret local and international contract and labour laws and to ensure compliance in the UK, Thailand and Myanmar
 Monitor and report to management on international and local labour market trends
 Good communication and analytical skills
 Strong representation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
