About the Post
Applications are invited for the position of Central Print Services Manager to support the IT Business Support Services.
This post will support the College’s Central Print Service inclusive of the including delivery of a high quality in-house print service, the CopyShop for students, staff and external customers.
As a senior member of the service, you will be expected to identify and research opportunities, to develop new print services that the can be offered to the College, identifying products that will support the activities of students and staff and will effectively help raise the College profile.
Responsibilities
The post holder will work with the Head of IT Business Support Services to ensure the success of the College Print Services (CPS) and oversee the CPS based spread across five College, London based campuses. Ensuring that the all CPS services are managed effectively working to deadlines, targets and client expectations with a professional and positive approach.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the CopyShop and its associated trading account. Working with the Head of IT Business Support Services the post holder will develop and expand on the existing internal and external trade of the CopyShop.
The post holder will act as the official secondary Print Buyer for the College and will be required to produce and maintain transparent transaction, stock and contract records.
The post holder will have proficient IT skills and the ability and willingness to be hands on within the print production environment.
Remuneration & Benefits
This full time, permanent position is available to start ideally as soon as possible with a salary range of £34,283 - £40,335 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
