The Global Office of Strategy, Collaboration & Innovation, an internal senior consulting team that leads Partnership strategy, guides global resource allocation, and assists entities in developing their strategies and supporting business analysis. Additionally, this group will develop strategic external partnerships and engagements/ collaborations that advance our strategy, performance and impact; and they will guide the strategy agenda for the Global Capitals. Further, they will scan for promising innovations from within and outside the Partnership and guide the scale-up for those innovations with significant potential to meet ministry needs and the Partnership's strategy goals.
