About your job::
As Business Analyst, you are responsible for providing fast, accurate and well-designed reports and data to theappropriate Managers. These reports will consist of Flown Revenue against budget reports, analysis of uplift report statistics, forward load report and forecasting of performance.
In order to produce the required reports you will engage in activities such as reviewing and compiling PNR data to identify load issues capturing critical information to forecast local QR Sales Performance. You will update Account Managers of country performance based on revenue reports and will develop and improve forecasting methods based on statistical models.
You will help to evaluate new route development in the region and work to support CP business cases whereby a comprehensive evaluation will be required to assess if a new route potential will gain Regional support. Responsibility will fall to your to present highly technical fare applications and trend analysis that can be understood by all levels of staff.
About you::
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals with excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills that are focused on results and work well under pressure.
You must be educated to Bachelor's degree level and have 2 or more years work experience as a Business Analyst preferably within an Airline.
You will also have ideally passed a Space control yield management course.
You must have high degree of proficiency with MS Office (mainly Excel, MS Access, etc). You must have the understanding of how to manipulate large sets of data and a proven initiative to develop creative and effective reports. Technical knowledge of Airline Revenue Management systems and ticketing knowledge is an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English language is essential.
