Communications Manager

FOUR PAWS has been working for the well-being and protection of animals since 1988. Originally founded in Austria FOUR PAWS started working internationally in 1994. Their EU wide presence allows them to campaign and lobby more effectively, improving the lives of animals all over the world. FOUR PAWS is searching for a positive thinking personality with great affinity to animal welfare as soon as possible for the position of a:

Communications Manager (M/F)
Netherlands/Amsterdam (www.vier-voeters.nl)

Your tasks:
• Developing and maintaining integrated communication plans (PR, Marketing, Web)
• Increasing the brand recognition and awareness level in the Netherlands
• Planning and carrying out events
• Strengthening the Network
• Establishing co-operations with companies/media
• Supporting FOUR PAWS animal welfare campaigns and projects

Your skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of PR and Marketing
• Degree in Marketing and PR desirable
• Well-structured and organized with the ability to work in a team
• Experience and knowledge of the Netherlands market
• Willingness to travel and to work in a fast-paced environment
• Social competence combined with competitive intelligence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on business requirements
