We are looking for you – if you’re a young professional with a Master degree, and 2 to 6 years of work experience, and you:
  • would like to be part of the leading centre of European learning and development for the public sector;
  • love working together with others on projects, bringing in new ideas and your engagement;
  • can be inspired, and in return can encourage colleagues around you;
  • go for results, do not shy away from challenges;
  • want to advance your knowledge and skills.
EIPA offers you the possibility to strengthen your personal competences and expand your professional knowledge. We put great emphasis on creating connections and learning from each other. You will be part of a small group of young professionals following the same coaching programme. Personal growth, learning about yourself and your capacities, and immediately applying your skills and knowledge immediately in practice – those will be your objectives as today’s talent and tomorrow’s expert. A mentor will be there to support you, while you wil be able to follow related professional training programmes to further develop yourself. Throughout the three years you will work together with international experts on all kinds of subjects related to the European integration process. Your main place of work will be EIPA Maastricht, but you may also gain experience in our Centres in Barcelona or Luxembourg.

EIPA offers you a three-year contract, a salary in conformity with the labour market, holiday allowance, and a considerable number of supplementary days off. For the most talented and promising Young Professionals, there may be a possibility to gain a contract for an unlimited period of time.
