What we are looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Helpdesk Services Manager to manage our in-house global IT service desk in Manila. This is a key leadership role, having responsibility for the operational management and strategic direction of the team whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered. Ideally you will be a natural leader who is driven and motivated to succeed.
You should possess excellent service management, communication and people skills and the ability to create an effective culture in the support team which balances professional excellence with customer service values. Previous experience working in an IT in-house ERP support role would also be advantageous.

Suitable applicants will have/be:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field
  • 5 or more years of related technical/managerial experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ERP support/helpdesk experience is preferred
