Territory Manager - Aftermarket Sales
Job description
· To promote and sell current Aftermarket products for Atlas Copco Brand in Industrial Technique Service Division · To support new aftermarket product introductions· Provide ‘Key account’ management within the designated geographical territory· To deliver Service Product and Sales campaigns in conjunction with the Product Sales Engineer/Manager and within the set time scales and according to the divisional strategy· To maintain close working relationship with the Regional Product Sales Team to maximise customer relationship and business outcome wherever possible· To develop and support our Distributor channel to maximise Service Sales opportunities· To maintain accurate data in PSM system on leads, inquiries, orders on hand, orders received and orders invoiced· Cooperate with credit controller to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term· Analyze and adapt new strategies to meet the changing business trends.· Sales Engineer Aftermarket manages objectives and plans through field Service team.· Developing the new accounts and improving the market coverage.· Mapping of competition, segments and preparation of product presentations, seminars and customized presentations.· Routine tasks would include daily interaction with the key accounts, internal and external customers and timely reporting · Increase and develop the levels of Customer Satisfaction through increased contact with all customers and lead NPS for specified territoryKEY DELIVERABLES: · NIS· Qualitative target.· MaCo· Receivables· Customer Satisfaction/NPS· New Projects and New Customers (from non buying customers to buying customers)· Addition of new customers.· Generation of new business.· Transformation · Mapping of Installed base for Service Business Prospects Potential· Monthly Reporting on the Sales Activity · Adherence to Business Code of Practice

Experience requirements
5 years of field experience in service and Sales of Industrial products.
Knowledge
· Presentation· Negotiation· Well versed with MS-Office
Educational requirements
· Degree in Engineering.
Personality requirements
· A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision. A team player who can co-ordinate efforts to achieve sales targets· Good understanding and use of company rules and policies· Good organizational skills & superior communication skills both verbal & written· Result driven with selling attitude
