Area Sales Engineer – North East England
Introduction
Sandvik Coromant UK is currently looking for an Area Sales Engineer to drive sales development in the North East of England. The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in the practical application of cutting tools in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Possess a manufacturing or production engineering qualification and background (Ideally HNC/HND or equivalent).
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and a desire to succeed with a forward thinking, positive approach.
- Be fluent in English language with excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Cutting tool sales experience within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous although not necessary as full training will be provided.
Your Profile
Key responsibilities include:
- Face to face interaction with manufacturing companies and distributor contacts within a defined geographical area.
- Providing support and advice with the selection and application of Sandvik Coromant products and services.
- Maintaining and developing profitable sales.
- Ensuring rapid introduction of new products.
- Maintaining and developing further both the customer base and contacts within existing customers.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid permit to work in the EU. You must also possess a full driving licence and be located in North East England.
