Automation Engineer

Sandvik Mining Systems seeks an
Automation Engineer
for our expanding TechCenter Automation & Electrics located in Leoben and Graz.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
  • Carry out conceptual designs and layouts for automation solutions, software developing (Siemens, Rockwell, ABB) for special conveyor and material handling machines
  • Clarification of technical questions with customers, coordinate external suppliers
  • Support implementation of plants worldwide
  • Prepare technical documentation adjusted to customer needs
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Willingness to travel (30%)
  • Engineering degree, Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering are preferred (HTL, FH, TU)
  • Several years of professional experience in developing and implementation of automation projects
  • Excellent software-skills, a very good command of English
  • Strong analytical skills, well-structured
