Reserve Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership, performance and execution in Premium Accounts
  • Develop relationships with Premium Accounts and act as one point of contact
  • Provide ongoing support to Premium Accounts to ensure high quality customer service
  • Work as liaison between clients and 3d parties (distributors)
  • Find new activation opportunities and ensure implementation
  • Build Diageo portfolio distribution in Premium Accounts
  • Drive share of Reserve within Premium cluster
  • Menu/Business of Bars consultancy
  • Monitor performance vs. plan and take actions
  • Monitor changing trend in distribution, shopping behaviour, consumer needs, competitors’ activity
  • Manage allocated budget
  • Keep all necessary files and deliver reports on time
2. On-target results delivery
  • GSV delivery
  • Activations in TLA&RLA
  • Distribution of Premium outlets
  • Cost management (in line with budget)
3. Standards compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with Diageo standards and controls
  • Actively promote compliance standards awareness within accounts and customers

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Higher education
  • Industry specialist - HORECA experience as bartender or bar manager is a big advantage
  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Follower of the latest industry trends and active member of bartender community
  • English – Intermediate written and spoken
  • PC advanced user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
