Crystalusion Limited is a London-based nanotechnology start-up that manufactures nano-protective coatings. We own various consumer brands and are represented in more than 18 countries all the way from New Zealand to Mexico. We provide protection for gadgets, for motor vehicles including cars and planes as well as for homes. Crystalusion Limited was founded by 3 friends who worked for Google & Facebook, Telefonica, and Good Technology. 
 
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing intern to join our team to help us grow our brand and boost our sales and marketing efforts across more countries. This will be a commission based job for sales of innovative products. 
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inbound leads through a CRM system
  • Managing outbound leads together with the sales & marketing directors
  • Developing new marketing content together with the marketing agency
  • Representing the company in high-level meetings
  • Online marketing - Social Media, Search etc....
  
Skills required:
  • Excellent negotiating and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English is essential but does not need to be your first language)
  • A proactive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, powerpoint, excel and word for proposals 
  • A desire to learn
  • An entrepreneurial attitude
 
Through this internship you will 
  • Work directly with the founders who have worked at leading tech companies
  • Be given responsibility and autonomy to create and try your own strategies 
  • Learn how to work in a fast paced environment where decisions are made quickly. 
  • Be provided with on going training in Sales & Marketing
  • Be given a UK Sim Card with data for work and personal use
  • Be given a London Zone 1 & 2 transport travelcard to commute to work and for personal use as well for the duration of the internship.
  • The internship will begin with training and education by playing with the various products and technology for the first few days.
