The UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 Individual consultant or a Firm to conduct the training on competency-based recruitment and interview.
The training services aim at improving competency-based recruitment knowledge and skills for hiring managers, human resource staff, and staff potentially serving in interview panels. It is also expected that the training will lend insights in and ideas for improving the current process of competency-based recruitment/interview in the Country Office.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
