Engineers Against Poverty is a leading agency working in the field of engineering, infrastructure and international development. We work with partners in government, industry and civil society to fight poverty and promote sustainable development.
Role: You will carry out policy-related research in support of EAP’s programme that works through engineering and investments in infrastructure to improve the lives of poor people. You will work as part of a team, but also have the autonomy to think innovatively and create new opportunities.
Criteria: A Masters Degree (minimum) in engineering and/or international development or a related subject and knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas:
• construction
• infrastructure
• oil, gas and mining,
• climate change
• local content/procurement or
• transparency & accountability.
£25,000 - £35,000 - Based in London with overseas travel
