PAE Government Services, under contract for the U.S. Department of State, is seeking applications from well-qualified U.S. citizens for the following position within the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE):

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Law degree
• Experience in the practice of law, e.g. judges, prosecutors, lawyers, etc.
• Knowledge of courtroom proceedings and criminal law and procedure
• Knowledge of international legal procedure standards and instruments
• Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the management level relevant to the actual position
• Knowledge of International Law
• Experience drafting and/or reviewing legislation and legal texts
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to take into account various policy implications and identify strategic issues for the Mission
• Discretion and sound judgment in applying expertise to resolve sensitive and/or complex issues for the Mission
• Previous experience in an international context
• Previous experience in the Mission area or in other field missions (desired)
• Knowledge of the regional political situation (desired)
• Knowledge of the local language or most common lingua franca spoken in the mission area (desired)
