UNDP Romania invites interested applicants to submit their offers for RFP for Administration Services for the Campia Turzii Business Incubator – Project 72886.
The legislative framework for the development of the Business Incubators Project has changed as of August 5, 2011. The National Business Incubators Programme is implemented according to the Implementing Procedure agreed according to Decision no. 133 /27.07.2011 of the President of the Agency for SMEs and published in the National Gazette of Romania, no. 557 bis, of 5 August 2011 which is Annex 5 of this RFP.
