PSI seeks an experienced Chief of Party to plan and coordinate all activities under the upcoming USAID-funded Regional Family Planning/Reproductive Health project in West Africa. The Chief of Party (COP) should have significant leadership, management and international development experience; a demonstrated track record in successfully managing government relations; a commitment to capacity building; a strong interest in private sector approaches to development; and experience successfully implementing international health programs centered around social marketing and behavior change communications. This position will be based in Accra, Ghana, and will coordinate management teams in 4 to 6 countries in the region. He/she will report to the Regional Director for West and Central Africa.
