Currently, we are looking for talented and dedicated people to join our team. We have one position open within the Fiscal Accountability and Procurement team in the Department of Compact Operations.

Senior Director, Fiscal Accountability & Procurement (FAP) $125-$165,000

In this role you will serve as a key member of the Department of Compact Operations with responsibility for ensuring that US Government funds, with regards to Compact assignments, are properly planned, budgeted, obligated and expended; direct MCC staff in the execution of both fiscal accountability and procurement functions throughout the program development and implementation lifecycle; and, direct and supervise the activities of a staff of employees.

Candidates must be willing to travel to MCC Compact countries in support of project development and implementation oversight. The position will be based in the EAPLA (Europe, Asia, Pacific, and Latin America) division of the Department of Compact Operations.

Ideal candidates will have senior-level experience doing similar work in the private sector, or working with a development organization such as the World Bank, international NGO, or other international development agency.
