Education Development Center (EDC) is a leader in international programs and research. Established in 1958, EDC designs, delivers and evaluates innovative programs to address some of the world’s most urgent challenges in education, health, and economic opportunity. EDC is preparing for an anticipated USAID-funded youth-focused project in the West Bank. EDC is looking for exceptionally qualified and committed individuals with the below qualifications.
Qualifications: Senior Technical Manager: • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, youth development or equivalent; • Previous work experience on youth projects providing institutional capacity building, program design and implementation; technical and community capacity building experience also preferred; • 10 years or more of development work experience with the substantive part of the experience in the West Bank. • Technical knowledge and experience in technical skills development, and organizational management; • In-depth knowledge of the Palestinian youth development context and needs of disadvantaged youth;
