Coffey International Development in cooperation with the Nossal Institute for Global Health and GIZ International Services is managing the AusAID funded Australia Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health (AIPMNH) which is an initiative to assist the Indonesian government to implement the National Making Pregnancy Safer Strategies in selected provinces and districts and improving public administration in the health sector.

We are currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser for the Partnership based in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) function.

Your key responsibilities as Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser will include supporting AIPMNH technical advisers, managers and GoI counterpart staff with monitoring and evaluation matters as well as providing technical assistance and clear guidance to analyse and interpret data. The role also involves assessing the quality and completeness of M&E data and undertaking or supporting appropriate analysis to address M&E questions, providing M&E analysis input into all key milestone reports.
