Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist ,Education Development Center

Education Development Center (EDC) is a leader in international programs and research. Established in 1958, EDC designs, delivers and evaluates innovative programs to address some of the world’s most urgent challenges in education, health, and economic opportunity. EDC is preparing for an anticipated USAID-funded youth-focused project in the West Bank. EDC is looking for exceptionally qualified and committed individuals with the below qualifications.

Qualifications: • Strong organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills; • Good technical writing skills • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: • Competence in qualitative and quantitative study design and implementation; • Extensive experience with monitoring program implementation using qualitative and quantitative approaches; • Experience using data analysis packages such as SAS or SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access; • Experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis systems; • Provided training and capacity built subgrantees around assessment, data collection and systems;
